Staff very helpful especially when we arrived receptionist helped us with luggage also same young lady helped us load our car up .

Staff were very friendly The room was nicely decorated The bathroom was in need of some cleaning & repair. Lights above bathroom sink were loose, hanging down and flickered if touched not ideal above water/sink and the shower hose was unclean and riddled in mildew

Restaurant and bar is excellent with terrific food and service. Cobwebs in room, shower curtain in dated bathroom and tv didn’t work.

The staff were very attentive, rooms lovely , perhaps little paint touch up needed but that’s just being picky. Breakfast simply, yum . Lots of different options . I would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area

As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again

While the hotel generally was fine there was a problem upon checking-in. I had previously requested a twin bedded room which the hotel confirmed was available. Upon checking-in I asked if the allocated room had twin beds and received confirmation. However upon visiting the room it had a double bed. The hotel did move me, but the experience did little to build one's confidence.

Disappointed to see that the Tesla charging points had gone. Booked a Deluxe Room, which wasn’t a touch on a Standard Room. Whilst bigger, nothing else was deluxe. Very dated & tired & in need of an update & redecoration.

The property and staff where tidy and very helpful. The only bits i would say is the breakfast was a bit low on stuff ovdr cooked after only and hour, And was shower was great for pressure but the temperature kept going up without turning up the dial up.

Lovely hotel, good rooms and a well laid out bar/restaurant with the added outdoor space. It’s a shame that there was a mess up presenting our evening dinner, and breakfast was boarding on shambolic. We shall return, but may be miss out the breakfast .

The worst nights sleep, the walls are paper thin and we could hear the person next door coughing all night. People leaving their rooms were letting the doors slam. Our room was near the service yard and we had to listen to a he racket of the bins being emptied followed by a delivery from the brewery all first thing on a bank holiday morning.

Well located, service good, although only one on reception who was busy when I arrived do had to wait a while, but very welcoming when available. Room comfortable and clean. The deadlock to room 104 not able to engage properly as door misaligned. Also walls very thin, noisy Neighbour until late didn’t help with getting to sleep could even hear them snoring when they did.

Very nice room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to the Manchester Airport made it a convenient stay as well.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. Just looks a bit tired in places (bedroom and bathroom) but all the communal areas are nice
