I was grateful I didn’t have to pay for parking. It was also quite.

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Nickel-Dime charges were disappointing. $8 per night to park in an open suburban lot?? My booking included breakfast but I was presented a full bill for breakfast anyway. $3.00 per bottle of water in the room. Not a guest friendly experience that will bring me back.

The staff was so rude, there were so much ants and so dirty. The customer service did not help at all, they were charging extras so much! This bad hotel.

Hot tub and pool was broke

The property does not let you know if advance that you will be charged for parking in the hotel parking lot because it is a shared property with the Drury Lane Theater. They should include this information when you are booking.

I dont understand this hotel. They have a sign in the parking lot that tells people the area is unsafe to park there and you assume all liability if your car gets broken into. Then when you enter the building to check in they try to charge you to park in the lot that they assume no liability over?!?!? What a con!!! Park in the lot gets your car damaged AND you pay to park there but get no protections like insurance claims against the hotel? Very confusing.

Good location to high-end suburbs and Oakbrook Mall. Ample and close-in parking. Entire hotel is not at cleanliness level of a Hilton--pool and hot tub were both open but in BAD need of cleaning.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean. Would stay here again. Only thing that we didn’t like is breakfast wasn’t included you had to purchase buffet tickets per person.

Convenient location and very clean!

I liked staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. The only two small complaints that have are that when the doors of the rooms close on their own, they close pretty loudly. You can hear other room’s doors close in your own but it may be only a matter of adjusting the mechanism to make it close softer. The other issue I had was there was no bathroom fan so the moisture built up in there a bit.

Cleanliness ! Polite staff ! Pretty far out if you’re not driving yourself ( not close to anything : for walking distance ) Make sure to get the breakfast package cause it’s not free !!

beds are too hard

Room was clean with a lot of ways to charge devices.

Great location. Needs updating and thorough cleaning, especially in the lobby. Room smelled stale. Air conditioner would not stay on. It would only go on once the room was hot. Hard to sleep.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the woman that ran it was super friendly!
