Tried calling multiple times 4 hours before I was going to be there cause I figured I would be nice enough to let them know I would be a after midnight Check-in. After phone ringing for 30 minutes and multiple recalls, I called Extended Stay reservations and asked them to call and then was put on hold for another 10 minutes before I hung up. I called again a hour or 2 after the first initial calls, and it sounded like someone answered but I couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear me. I did this twice and both times it was just silent. Once I arrived at the hotel, was told I had to wait 50 minutes until 2:30 a.m. before I could be checked in. I arrived at the hotel at 1:38 A.M. I had to sit out in the parking lot fir 50 minutes before I could get checked in due to the hotel not having a working phone so that I could tell them and they could just easily had gone ahead and did the paperwork when I arrived, since they alreqdy had all my card info to reserve(hold) the room. Very unprofessional business and hotels.com should drop this location from its sponsorship as it tarnishes your reputation as well. I will be having a heated discussion tomorrow when I wake up to get this refunded through you since the hotel said they couldn't do anything about it and wont even offer me a hour stay past check out. I don't leave reviews except for when it is really poor service and making a customer wait outside in your parking due to your(hotels) inability to have working phone at front desk
