Good hotel but no shuttle going to airporf

We were very happy with this hotel and the service.

How is great

Great staff

Very close proximity to Disney World parks and stores. The rooms are modern but bathroom was a bit dirty upon arrival. Breakfast was included in my reservation for a small additional fee and was perfect for before park days, just wish it opened an hour earlier. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was they play music in the lobby area all night, my room was very close to the lobby so you could easily hear it in the rooms. Would stay again due to distance from parks

Would definitely recommend this property to anyone asking. Especially if you want to be close to the parks without paying Disney resort prices. Over all affordable, clean, and comfortable. We loved the beds and could see the fire works from our window which was fun. Only complains are no microwave in the room. So if you have an infant taking bottles would recommend you bring your own warmer, the elevator was alittle sketchy as one would wobble on the floor before it went and the buttons wouldn’t light up so you couldn’t tell if it knew which floor it was going to, and lastly the part of the room where the tile turns into carpet there were screws sticking pointed end up. We laid a towel over it so the babies wouldn’t get poked. (I did originally when we noticed them)

The bed was like sleeping on the floor and Expedia was un aware of the $150 deposit

Room was super clean, friendly staff. Definitely will visit again.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness

We had a pretty terrible experience. Right off the bat our toddlers finger got smashed in the barn door to the bathroom. The door had no lock or handle so it was a constant issue. The bathrooms had no ventilation and smell constantly like sulfur. The pool was closed Saturday the sign said until 2 for tree trimming. The other pool was heated like jacuzzi in the middle of the summer. Not family friendly. Pizza on site was good. Pools are not cleaned. The main one Sunday morning was murky and gross front desk offered no help.

The grounds were poorly maintained. Dirty - cigarette butts on ground.

Need some more renovations outside of the building is starting to look cold inside carpets are starting to look cold

It was amazing. No complaints at all. It was clean and the staff was amazing all around!

Highly recommend staying here. Reserved the magical view. Even though it the fireworks looked far away, you were still able to see the show. Breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. Will definitely return
