TERRIBLE!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT WHEN I STAYED!! I CALLED AND KEEP GETTING PUT ON HOLD OR HUNG UP ON!! I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

Horrible customer service !! Worse I have experience by far!! Was locked out room for 5 hours BECASUE key card stop working. And there is no over night staff!! Luckily I had a planet fitness membership across the street !!! Then wanted to refund me $22.00

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Far Away! I left after 15minutes! WASTE OF MONEY If I could give negative stars, I would. This place was beyond unacceptable. The condition of the room was appalling—filthy floors, stains everywhere, and an overwhelming odor that hit me the second I walked in. The photos online were clearly false advertising. It looked NOTHING like what was promised. The staff? Completely unbothered and rude. When I brought up my concerns, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no solution—just attitude. On top of that, basic amenities like working Wi-Fi and clean towels were nonexistent. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and scammed. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. This was a nightmare.

Property was poorly kept. Manager at front desk absent. Place smelled really bad and was full of cops. Didn’t feel safe or clean

Because of Extended Stay Me and my friends ended up in one room some of use sleeping on the floor i will never book with this company again

Extremely run down. Trash laying around. Random people strolling the halls at all hours. STILL WAITING FOR MY 108.00 deposit to be returned almost a week later.

Nothing. The other guests had 4 or 5 loud unruly children, the staff was argumentative and rude. The towels were non existent unless you call a dish towel a bath towel. The wood was peeling off the drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchens didn’t have utensils plates cups NOTHING. while the advertisement on the TV in the room for the hotel Going on and on about there magnificent stocked kitchens. If I wasn’t a 6”5’ tall man. I wouldn’t have felt safe there.

Terrible experience first time from Extended America hotel chain. This hotel is old , small rooms. Horrified when saw cockroaches. Staff is good and supportive! 2 star for hotel, 4 stars for staff.

I did like the hallways they were dark and not clean the carpet was dirty. The bathroom in the room was not acceptable the tub was brown and black no plug for the tub the room was dark and the color was terrible

They were very friendly very nice the hotel is clean it’s self … I didn’t like when asked house keeping for towels she told me I had to go to the front desk . I had been there for a week me and my daughter … we here comfortable other than that

There was nothing I liked about the property. I almost didn’t stay, but I did have a small dog with me. Unfortunately, there was really nowhere to walk even a small dog.It was the most unclean and unkempt property I’ve ever stayed in. There was garbage piled on and around the bins as you got off the elevator on the second floor. In the room, theTV remote was broken and without batteries, the tub had patches where the lining was missing and should be replaced, and the shower was a trickle. The bed skirts were filthy.

Pleasant stay-convenient, close to shopping and restaurants, and right next to Marta train station. Would definitely stay again. No problems with check-in and room was nice, except for hard beds, lack of coffee pot, and lack of kitchen utensils. However, the benefits of the location outweigh these minor issues. Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza right up the street, along with high end eating establishments, although there are also moderately priced restaurants and fast food options. Easy to park with no parking fee. Not an upscale hotel, but good for the price and many extra perks.

I was told I’d get my money back for having to leave due to the weather. But have not been refunded yet

This was very nice Hotel, Stayed for 2 nights everything was well kept updated. Only it wasn’t microwave but whatever other than that will stat here again

It was just a disaster

An extended stay that provide no dish ware, utensil, cook wear, no cleaning service. Awful

room smelled like PEE. The Lobby you could tell someone had been smoking WEED. everyday I was there and was trying cover it up with Incense.

The Hotel room had a door that was kicked in, there was no hot water, the heater didnt work, and there were no pots or pans to use with full kitchen I will never book there again.
