Had a great one-night stay at Martinique New York on Broadway. The room was on the smaller side, which is pretty standard for NYC, but it was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed for a short visit. The location is excellent—central and convenient for getting around the city. The only hiccup was check-in, which took a little longer than expected. That said, the staff were polite and helpful once we were at the desk. All in all, a clean, comfortable stay in a charming historic hotel. Would definitely consider returning.

loved it would stay here again

So my week-long stay at the Martinique was overall fine except for a couple of hiccups. The check-in process was a bit rocky. I was a bit disappointed with the room for the money spent. I was able to hear passersby in the hallway from my room, the room did not have mugs, no way to refill my water bottle except to go to the gym, the room did not include even a pen and notepad paper, and persistent noise from the renovation. The facilities outside of what I mentioned were well maintained and the location is perfect for going all over the city. The Bronze Owl is nice and the daily credit is nice. I did enjoy the staff and security was always present.

Perfect room and service

The staff were very condescending. I arrived at 2, they said my room would not be ready until 4 but for $150 more they could put me in an upgraded room right away. I asked if instead they would text me when my room was ready and they refused. When I came back at 4 that staff person told me she was too busy to wait on me and I should go to another person.

Great hotel and an amazing location!! Subway entrance right outside the hotel and food options everywhere! Clean, great staff, and wonderful daily options with the stay like food credit, drink credit, and bicycle rental!! Well definitely go again!

Amazing place to stay. Great staff and very clean. We stayed here (again) just to enjoy and shop in New York City. This has been our go to place to stay.

The main restaurant was clised for breakfast. The brass owl menu did not reflect ths full rangs of options

Hotel met my expectation

Great location. Convenient to mid town major attractions and subways for others. Early evening could be laude for street noise.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and location in New York, as I usually stay closer to Times Square. I must say—I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect—parking garage directly across the street, totally within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. The restaurant and café downstairs were absolutely amazing food so good added such a nice touch to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning on future visits!

The cleanliness was great and the room was in good condition. The additional charges per day seemed a bit too extensive like 40 dollars a day, for which 15 can be redeemed on food, 15 on city bikes etc. For people that might not use the services its a waste of money
