Decent

Great rooms, but you need to change the air/heat. The motion detection for air just doesn’t work well. We roasted the nights we stayed. I usually choose Marriott chains, but will not choose this again for the climate control reason!

A great pedestrian area in the heart of Redmond with large clean rooms. The staff helped with all of our questions.

Hotel was simple and clean, nothing really

Lots of space. Toilet had a continuous smell so we kept the door closed. Easy access to the baseball fields nearby and fun downtown.

Very friendly staff. Made me and my 2 year old feel like we were home.

Enjoyed my stay while on a business trip. Will return on personal time

Clean and comfortable

Great value for money, centric, quiet

In the middle of the night, our toilet began emitting the most terrible noxious sewage rancid odor. It was untenable. It smelled like dead animal, sewage, and vomit combined. We ultimately moved rooms, which was fine. The night manager said oh yes, this is something that happens sometimes it’s a problem with our plumbing and our toilets. What!?
