Tv didn’t work and none of the drains worked

The hotel was OK. The fire extinguisher on my floor was broken with shattered glass. There was also hair in my tub upon arrival.

Interactions with the front desk, room service and the breakfast staff was beyond excellent. They went out of their way to offer help and was extremely pleasant to interact with. Thank you for everything.

We stay here a lot. Always clean, always friendly. My biggest pet peeve is that housekeeping knocks on doors at 9am the day of departure, regardless of the privacy sign on the door handle. Checkout isn’t until 11, but the knock always wakes us up and then we feel rushed even though we technically have 2 hours to get out.

Bathroom light would flicker and look like it was going to catch on fire every time you turned it on. Also TV was broken.

Pictures are deceiving. Bedding was so old it was worn thin. Pillows had a hand full of filling. Rusty shelfs in refrigerator. 1 out of 3 lights worked. I didnt stay, took my belongs and left. Worst place I've ever seen.

It had a good hot breakfast and the room was clean. Bed was fine with a shade for the window.

Clean and quiet

Stayed for a work trip and to see friends.

Stayed 2 days. Asked if we needed maid service. We declined. Toilet paper was shorted so we had to ask. No front desk person, had to dial 0, then wait for a person to show up. Not a long wait. Nice room. It was good!
