Great staff, quiet rooms, clean

Hotel was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Listening to the people around us argue was not so comfortable but overall not a bad stay.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Easy place to stay near the airport for a quick overnight stay.

When we went to check in there was no attendant present and we had to wait for someone to show up. She seemed very unprepared. we were informed that the room was a handicapped version even though this was not made obvious on the listing. When we asked if we could change rooms she said she wouldn't be able to do that but also struggled to find our reservation and make the card reader work. She seemed suspicious lf our ages for some reason even though we're both in our 30s. The room we got didn't have a tub and was very dirty like a layer of dirt on the floors, soap scum all over the bathroom, and very few amenities.

Nice place to stay

The stay was a good one. The hotel was recently refreshed, if not fully renovated. The overall condition was better than I would expect at the price (2nd cheapest in my search around Nashua). The staff was nice and helpful, I checked in at 10PM and someone was there to greet me; they were quick to give me a new key when I locked myself out of my room. They offered a continental breakfast, which was no-frills, but perfect ahead of my early start for the long drive home. I'd definitely considering staying here again!

Room service happened very late in the day. I would leave the hotel at 9 AM and I would return at four or five in the afternoon. My room was still not done. That was completely unacceptable.

The service was good and responded to all of our needs.

All the staff are awsome, very helpfull and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Smoke smell

There was no clock in the room but the man at the reception desk hunted one down for me. On the minus side closed captioning on the TV did not work.

I was in the area with my granddaughter’s dance competition. Our was clean, beds comfortable and clean sheets, bathroom super clean too. Free hot and cold breakfast was good too. The carpet in the hallways and stairs can use some cleaning and air fresheners will do justice to a not so pleasant smell in my opinion. Other than that, I will stay again. The most important thing for me, clean room, sheets, bathroom, wifi TV. They were and had a couple of good night sleeps.

The staff was extremely rude and attempted to take my security deposit for having dirty towels and one dirty sheet after not having the maid service come in for five days because I wasn’t there for most of the day due to moving out of my apartment and then when I asked for a clean sheets in order to make the bed and fresh towels, I was told that I would have to wait until the next day and of course I overslept and missed the service so on my last day before check out, they came and knocked on my door and told me it was mandatory after two days that they would have to clean my room and I told them I’ve been here for over over five days and this is the first time anyone has told me that my room needs to be cleaned Mind you I had a lot of stuff in my room because I was moving out of my apartment and the lady proceeded to ask “ is that all of your stuff that you brought in because that’s a lot of stuff” which made me and my fiancé feel like crap for being judged just because we had a lot of belongings with us. The manager Raul then made me take the sheets and towels from my room and wash them myself if I wanted to get my security deposit back, which, of course I did and when I brought them back, there was one minuscule pink stain on a towel more like a washcloth and they deducted $20 out of my hundred dollar security deposit for that. Out of scale of one to 10 I would rate this hotel a one do not stay here. They also are inconsiderate to people’s religions.
