There was no prior notice of pool closed Absolutely a great breakfast Rooms very nice

We had booked a handicap room. When we arrived, we were told that our room would not be ready for another hour to hour and an half which would have been until 530 or 6 o’clock. We asked for another room which we were given. It worked OK for us although it didn’t have the features we had wanted. It didn’t seem like hospitality was the issue, but instead it was business as usual.

Stay was very quite an was very relaxing

It was clean and smelled good and the front desk person was very kind and helpful. I don’t remember his name, but he was awesome. We checked in around 5:30 PM.

There was no up front disclosure about the cost of the pet fee. If I had know Iwas going to be charged $70. I might have looked elsewhere. We stay in a lot of different hotels and that is the highest rate I have ever seen.

The doors on the rooms need to updated because you can hear people talking in the hall like the door was opened in the room. There are large gaps all around the door frame. Maybe some weather stripping would help. The free breakfast also ran out of milk and cereal

Convenient location for visiting White Sands. Restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart not too far away. Room was clean & sufficient towels for housekeeping to be every other day. Friendly check in, but dismissive check out.

Very average hotel. Room is comfortable, but fitness room was lacking. Continental breakfast was very basic. It is, however, very close to the dining options in Alamogordo and if you don't have a car, it is preferable to be close.

Great bed and pillows with a friendly staffed

Door frame to our room was in great need of repair and it was the last room so no other option. Staff was really helpful. Power black out shades didn't work. Room was very comfortable.

Check in was smooth and quick. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My room is good sized, appears clean, and everything works. It's a strong shower (the shower head has other options). Breakfast is hot, complete, and delicious. The location is great for visiting White Sands and other attractions. It does sit on a busy corner, so I run the fan to take care of that. The hot tub isn't working, and based on the yellow caution tape around it, I doubt it will work anytime soon. The indoor pool looks good. Yes, I would stay here again.
