I stay in this property due to its proximity to the consulate. The hotel needs maintenance, our toilet chain was not working, I had to use a clip to make it work, the phone was not working either to report it, no hair dryer, the room had a smell of humidity. The staff were great, everyone was very friendly.

Hotel is old, very bad maintenance, rooms smell moldy and musty. Beds are hard as rocks. Do not recommend it at all.

Rooms, specifically the bathrooms need a update

The hotel seriously needs a makeover . The rooms seemed dirty to me but it wasn’t . It was old and dirty from the wear and tear of so many years . It’s a beautiful place I hope they pretty it up .

We liked the expanse of the grounds, trees and vegetation. Sure to come back

This wasn’t a Camino Real! … I don’t even know how could you listed on Expedia, terrible rooms. And we didn’t oh you with points we should get our money back!

Loved it. Always do
