Smells terrible, bed sheets smell horrible, water on floor and boogers on the walls.

It was an overnight while traveling into the outerbanks. We stopped early and met some family that was traveling to the outerbanks also and we stayed at this hotel. We swam and had dinner out and breakfast at the hotel. Good breakfast too

Social visit to Pittsburgh. I was happy with the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. I got good rest.

Property was clean and nice, staff was extremely helpful.

Very nice hotel, Doe a quick get away its nice that tbe rooms have balconies. Love the pool area, and breakfast was very good. Marcus was great at cgeck in. If Im in the Pittsburgh area again I would stay here.

The hotel is being renovated, so that was going on in parts of the building. This didn't cause any noise or inconvenience, but the lobby and the breakfast area did not seem to be airconditioned, which we assume was connected to the work going on. It was pretty uncomfortable. AC in the room was fine. "Outdoor area was nice. We sat out there in the evening when the temp cooled off a little. Staff was very nice.

Nice quiet hotel. However they were in the middle of changing the carpet and painting. The smell of glue and paint made us sick. The hallways and stairs had debris and bedding was not as fresh smelling. Staff is nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place but advise to ask them if they're in construction before booking.

The front desk staff was amazing when we arrived. They were super friendly and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. which is the only reason I'm giving four overall stars. The elevator was broken making it very difficult, while the front desk attendant there was nobody to carry everything back down early in the morning before the shuttle. The bathroom wasn't very clean and I found hair in the shower that wasn't ours. The overall quality of the room was mediocre, one of the lights flickered and didn't even work. Overall the room was not worth the price.

The elevator closest to my room was out of order causing us to use the elevator on the other side of the building which caused us to travel through a construction area marked do not enter! When I asked a staff member how long the elevator was out he said several weeks! This was a total inconvenience and to learn it wasn’t a recent occurrence was very concerning. Additionally the lobby area and common areas were extremely warm like the air conditioning was also in need of repair Lastly I booked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool and the water was green!

TV didn't work. Alarm clock didn't work. Shower nozzle barely worked. Place needs a serious update.

Great continental breakfast. Cleanliness of the rooms are desirable. Hotel location is good...close to highways, mall, restaurants, etc.

This is my second time staying there for my trip and it’s as frat as the first rip was. Highly recommend

Breakfast didnt start until 7 which was late for my schedule and the pool was outside which i fondness realize before i got there. The room was a good size though and breakfast wasn't bad when i was able to get it.

Pretty basic hotel

We had a renovated room which was very good

The hotel is in fine shape. I had a dirty comforter and dirty towels, which they did take care of. My biggest issue was the landscapers at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. I am here to relax and they didn’t stop until well after 11. Never again at this place.
