Clean very d

This hotel was very interesting. I really liked the layout and decorations (they had original, contemporary artwork hanging everywhere), and the room was what i would call "industrial chic". very comfortable room, great bed, roomy shower and restroom, and a great view over the city. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Phoenix.

I love love love this hotel when I go back to Phoenix I will stay there again. My room was huge, spacious, clean, updated very industrial which I thought was fun. The hotel itself, supports local artists and displays their work for sale throughout the holes which I think it’s really cool. Dinner was delicious at the restaurant and the pool area is amazing.

Staff informed us that the hotel ‘sold’ their parking lot and parking was going to cost an unexpected $40. The room lacked any comfort. the bed was super uncomfortable with a metal base that required special skills not to bump into. The room had a huge noisy air handler that ran all night I understand that the aesthetic was an urban feel but a rusty bathroom and concrete floors are not my idea of comfort. Front check in girl was friendly all other staff were lack luster… simply going through the motions. The breakfast egg muffin sandwich was pretty gross…. All in all I regret my decision to stay here

Great place to stay!

The property is absolutely perfect. We celebrated our anniversary for a night out and it was amazing. So many restaurants/cocktail bars within walking distance and that’s why we chose this place originally

I’ve stayed here several times and each time has been bad. Not sure why I keep going back, but the walls are paper thin and it’s always someone partying until 6 AM making loud noise and walking around and stomping. This last day was very bad definitely when I go back and I have to make it known on other platforms so people are aware before they stay here.

Loved the hotel but they charged me double

The telephone in my room did not work. I wanted to order room service and had to use my cell phone. When I called the front desk they tried to connect me to the restaurant 3 times and no one answered. I explained I wanted to order drinks to my room and they did not even offer to help take my order etc. I had to go downstairs and get them myself. I am paying for comfort and to be taken care of. I did not feel taken care of or comfortable here. We also went to use the bathrooms in the lobby and one of them was backed up with toilet paper. Finally, last but not least, the TV was not set up either so we spent the morning in silence.

Hidden fees

Had lots of fun! They had a cute downtown events pages at the front and I thought the weekend DJ was a fun surprise. Overall a great stay and would love to book again. Only wish parking was included with stay.

Clean and modern hotel. I stayed here for a business conference, easy 20min walk to the convention center.

Absolutely stunning suite! Shower and overall layout were more than expected. Amazing balcony view.

Friendly staff, lovely pool. The room was big and nice with very soft towels!
