It was just fine for an overnight stay. Nothing exciting, nothing wrong!

I have stayed here several times and they have always been great!

Wouldn't recommend. Hotel was in need of updates, only 1 elevator for whole place, no amenities, and our room was very dirty. Staff were friendly tho.

I don’t think i realized this was more of an extended/long term stay hotel. It felt more like apartment living than traditional hotel. And since they allow pets, there were just an abnormal amount of guests with pets. Some may love the number of dogs around. I personally found it odd hearing some pups crying in the rooms for their owners to return. The rooms were decent but often smelled of smoke, needed just general sprucing up. I likely won’t stay here again.

This property needs to be refurbished. It is old and stained in some areas. The cabinets and furniture need to be replaced.

I frequently stay here for its convenience to I-64 and other places in the Short Pump - Glen Allen area. It is reasonably priced, and the evening front desk person is great. I need an accessible room and their room is more than adequate for my needs. The bed is comfy. There is no need to worry about food because it is all around you. I find this location is great for a weekend getaway where you have access to more things - the mall, restaurants of all types, a movie theater, and food shopping too.

Easy and quick

My pet peeve with hotels is the room darkness level when the lights are out. This is the first hotel in over 2 years I've stayed in, regardless of price or location (city, rural), that the curtains and the room door were designed to provide sufficient coverage from security lighting outside and in the hallway, so I could sleep.

The room is very clean and spacious…had to extend stay for one more night and they were very accommodating

It appeared that the room, which I had requested as non-smoking, had a smoker in it previously. The staff had clearly done what it could, but it was very noticeable.
