The room smelled like marijuana and it was a non smoking room. Bed sheets were stained, no bath towels in the restroom, and when we went to ask for towels the male receptionists was so rude and said that he didn’t have any to come back tomorrow!!!! We had just driven 4 hours and I was not about to go to bed without showering so we had to go BUY towels at Walmart!!!! So ridiculous

The room had stains all over the floor smelled like cigarette smoke had a white substance in the counter and had holes all over the bathroom door. They also gave us the wrong room. We asked for a new room to which the manager said he would have it cleaned within the next hour. We left and came back at least 8 hours later to find it was still dirty with cabinets missing. The new room had dust and debris all over the ground not to mention the bed I was sleeping in was broken and was rocking side to side as well as had a sharp piece of the frame sticking out. I showed the manager pictures and he wouldn’t give us any discount. He also said that he would give us a full refund on the last 4 days of our stay. I called back 2 days later to make sure it was canceled and the guy that answered said that the trip hadn’t been canceled which means the manager lied to me about canceling it. I sent a message the Expedia to try and get a full refund.

I picked this hotel to stay for four nights to attend a family funeral because of the low rate, it is in a nice area, and it has a kitchen. Total mistake! The hotel advertised that it had amenities including a coffee maker, hair dryer, and the essentials needed to do your own cooking. This place is totally run down. It had nothing. No coffee maker, one pan, two plates and one spatula, one coffee cup. No eating utensils. There was no extra toilet paper, one towel and one hand towel in each bathroom. The furniture in the room was broken. To make matters worse, the toilets wouldn’t flush after the first night. I was in the front office to ask for a coffee maker, extra toilet paper and towels the first night. The employee at the desk had to hunt for a coffee maker but did find one. No extra towels, however. The excuse was that housekeeping had not done laundry. They sent maintenance up with a plunger for the toilets because all the rooms were sold out and they couldn’t move us. I was at the front office every day to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. Never did get towels. Always an excuse. The employees at the front desk couldn’t make a decision without the manager, who didn’t come in until 10:00 am each day. I checked out early, but in order to get a refund, I must contact hotels.com because I didn’t book directly through the hotel. Customer service does not exist at this hotel. They could care less.

We cancelled our stay after the two rooms were filthy dirty and we have sent an email in regards to this incident. We were then told to call Extended Stay and then was told to call HotelsCom I would like my money back we didn't stay at the hotel I tried repeatedly to cancel the reservation. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair I can't afford to be out 318$. I'm homeless and depend on my disability check every month. The rooms were disgusting Ive never had more problems trying to get a refund let alone be given keys to rooms that were absolutely gross and disgusting. What kind of housekeeping goes on that room keys are given out to uncleaned rooms with dirty diapers and rotting food in them.

I payed for mine smoking room and I could smell cigarette smoked upon entry. I also found a pack of cigarettes perched on the bedside lamp. There were no trash cans or bags. There was no television remote.

We called the number it told us to call for almost 30 minutes and no one ever answered we finally got a hold of someone through customer service booking. I should've expected this for the price but the 1st few reviews I glanced seemed decent. But this place is disgusting! We had to be at the airport at 6am so I booked a quick hotel for the lowest price because we got to Denver late. Random people outside smoking in the parking lot. Doors missing off the kitchen cabinets. Walls are scuffed and patchy. (Fridge was clean & cold Ill give it that much) floors missing chuncks of Laminate with God knows what coming up from underneath. Im 90% sure the mystery dark splatter across the bottom of the dresser was blood but Convinced myself it was ketchup so I could sleep. Shower, bathroom. All disgusting. Ive seen cleaner jail showers seriously. The girl working was nice, quiet, young. I didn't think changing rooms would help anyways. Asked for a hair dryer, none. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk anyways to complain. No trash can, in room, nor bathroom. If u need a quick, cheap place to rest your head for a few hours, then okay. Otherwise, spend the extra bit to stay at one of the other hotels right close-by.

Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here! When we go to check in they couldn’t even make us room keys because their machine was down. They offered to let us into the room but at that point we wouldn’t be able to leave the room if we fad to go somewhere. When the took us up to the room it absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke and there were stains all over the bed. We immediately told the front office and her response was the manager will refund you when he gets in tomorrow because he wants everyone to enjoy their stay and those things are not okay. She said she couldn’t do anything that it would have to be the manager. The next day the manager denied the refund even though we didn’t stay there. Horrible service, horrible rooms. Stay somewhere else!

So my wife and I checked in to the hotel around noon and within three times throughout the night somebody was able to just walk into our room because it locks did not work and totally terrified my wife and brought her PTSD back and I had to go into fighting I brought it up with the person at the desk and they told me that there's nothing they could do to accommodate me and I wanted my money back or another room that night or the following night and was met with a stubborn employee who thought it was Norm for people to walk into your room and you not feel safe... I do want to refund or a couple nights with a good room where the Lock works..

Room was dirty, had holes in the walls and doors, the bathroom light didn't work, and make up products from the previous inhabitant was left on the floor. The tv remote had tape on the back to poorly hold the batteries in and the power button didn't work. The ac rattled loudly and the pit bull in the next room barked all night keeping me from sleeping. The landline didn't have a cord to make calls. At least the girl at the front desk was friendly and apologetic that her manager wouldn't do anything about the light.. so theres that i guess.
