Walls in room were 2 different shades Only 1 burner worked. 2 microwaves...1 not working other just making it. Cannot request extra towels. Have to take several trips to front desk because nothing is stocked in the room. A 1.5 star experience

I rented this room for my tenants because I had work to do in the apt. There were roaches and the tenants checked out after 1 night. I am requesting a refund for the 2nd night as they did not stay there. Before I go online to "bash" the property I would like to hear from someone.

If I could give this property negative Stars I would the bathtub looked like a body was carved up in it. There was paint missing off the walls like the shower curtain had gotten ripped down previously. Which makes sense because the bathtub floor was so slippery I fell out of the shower in my stay and almost ripped shower curtain down myself. I would definitely not recommend this as a place to stay unless it's an hourly rate.

The hotel is close enough to New York without yhe New York prices.

The hotel room was falling apart. You couldn’t sit on the edge of the bed without it flipping up because it was not attached to the wall/headboard. The counter top in the kitchen was broken and the backslash was not attached. The screens in the windows were ripped from top to bottom. The free Breakfast consisted of cereal bars and muffins. There were needles outside the doors and when brought to the attention of the staff, we were met with pretty lackluster response. I did interact with a very nice woman at the front desk late night.

Everything was great except for the shuttle offer to and from the concert. The concert was across the highway. They charged $30 each way per person. I felt that free shuttle service would have been fair. We came for the concert. We won’t be doing it again because of the transportation options… We waited for 2 hours to get back to the hotel which was .5 miles away. That is not the hotels fault. However, if Extended Stay made transportation for their guests easier, we would do this again.

Bath tub was peeling off, wire was hanging out of the AC, plug cover of hand dryer was missing

I’m going to start off by saying the 2.5 star rating is way over rated. We booked for the Zach Bryan concert earlier last week as a last resort due to pricing around the area. Upon arrival, we noticed garbage overflowing outside the rear entrance door. Come Sunday, that same garbage can had 5x the amount piled on top of it. Going up to our room, the door was open as if a quick “once over” just happened. The floor was as dirty, paint chips all over in the bathroom. For the first time ever I felt I had to sanitize the room myself for the slightest bit of comfort. Garbage in the hallways and the smell of a dirty environment all around. For the love of god give me my money back.

Staffs were very friendly and hardworking, they made the difference to compensate the old condition of the building, the noise air conditioning and the lack of utilities at the kitchen. Location is Ok. It is close to the stadium.

Just had the worst experience of my life with this hotel !! Booked a bedroom with 1 king bed and a sofa bed . Sofa didnt have a matress. Got there 3 am in the morning from a long trip and simply they booked me a room without the matress!! I had to pick up my kids and family and look for a hotel around 3 am. Lady said she refunded me i still havent got my $$ back !! She was also rude

Poor hotel.

Room was clean. It had a full size fridge and countertop burners. Because I could cook, it saved me money from eating out. The staff was friendly too.

It was good exceptional considering it’s affordable price

I didn’t like anything but the staff the hotel needs to be remodeled very very soon the room paint is not up let it’s chip of old paint in the rooms
