Older building, but kept clean. Staff are friendly . Breakfast is good. On that pool and sauna and elevator were all broken

Needed to stop overnight on a long road trip and found this place on the app. Arrived late, checked in with no problems, found the room clean and comfortable. Slept well; quiet location, despite being next to the highway. Breakfast area was clean and had some nice choices to eat. Will stay here again in the future.

Very clean and quiet. In my room, everything was spotless. I was surprised because it’s a pet-friendly room. Breakfast was fabulous with bacon, eggs, waffles, coffee, juice, etc.

Convenient to the freeway, but not at all noisy. Room was very comfortable and daily maid service excellent. 5 stars for the breakfast.

Reserved a king and was given a king suite. Room was very quiet, bed was firm but comfy. Full sized fridge. Very clean, very friendly and polite staff.

Staff was friendly and breakfast offered was good. Facility shows wear/aging and repairs and patchwork was obvious in the room. Common dining area was clean and well maintained.

Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed room in excellent condition. The hot breakfast is also well-done with several options. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Everything was great and super comfortable!

Pool and hot tub was out of service and we were never notified, not in the email they sent and not not when we checked in. We should have had an opportunity to change our decision with this knowledge. We had originally Decided on a different place but then switched to this one because we were specific looking for a place with a pool and hot tub, and we paid $50 more just so we could have access to a pool, we also chose this over places that had a better location because again we wanted to pool.

Close enough to downtown Ashland and easy I-5 access.

We stayed for one night with a pet. Good location and price but the pool/hot tub were closed and the elevator was not working either. No discount for the broken/ non-functional facilities. The property needs much better maintenance. Check in staff was very pleasant and accommodating as was the staff refreshing the breakfast area.

The location was great. The stay was fine. We did have to have our key cards redone because the front desk missed that we were there for more than one night, which was an inconvenience, but was easily enough remedied. Also, we were informed upon arrival that the last room on the ground floor had been assigned and the elevator was out of commission causing us to need to use the stairs. Normally, not a deal breaker, but again, definitely was more difficult on aging arthritic knees. Our only true issue, though, was the comfort of the bed. It was quite stiff and therefore not very comfortable for either of us making for a couple nights of not very restful sleep. All in all, we enjoyed our time in Ashland, but will probably be booking a different hotel in our next stay.

I loved that the working people were very kind to my older Vizsla medical Service dog. I have owned her for 11years—she is now 12. She has been my first & only service dog, and the best! The man who tried to kill me on September 28, 2012 is now dead…so my life in California has returned where I grew up—Redding! 🦮♥️
