A sense of personal toich and space. Luxury but low key.

Everything was perfect. The staff of the Mirror Room during breakfast is particularly exceptional. They are incredibly efficient and friendly.

Haven't stayed at Rosewood before, nice hotel, food was not to par for room service.

The room is big for my family of 4 but not accomdate as 5 stars hotel. I asked for a view and got a view of disposable area...not too happy with it.

It’s not Four Seasons hospitality's but it’s ok

What a fabulous stay we had! This is a new Rosewood location to us yet, it’s the same excellent service, suites and staff we have come to know & appreciate from Rosewood. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend Scarfs Bar and dinner at Sketch & Luca were phenomenal (off site dining).

Property is in a great location to walk around a lot of the major sights

We loved literally everything about this property. The bar (Scarfs) was fabulous, as was the hotel restaurant. Our room was gorgeous, and the windows open (which we love!) and the in room amenities were all ecofriendly. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful, making our short stay in London fun and memorable

The service at the property was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were spacious. This property is truly an example of exceptional customer service. The food choices at the restaurant were limited, however everything we ate was very good.

Staff went above and beyond to helpful and accommodating. Excellent.

Soup to nuts, fantastic!

Completely obsessed!! Fantastic location, walkable to many popular areas and sights with easy underground access. We loved the special touches they had for the kids! Staff was helpful, kind and attentive, and breakfast was outstanding. We will not hesitate to return to the Rosewood next time we come back to London!!

I cannot say enough good things about Rosewood London. The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing. Coming from the states I was warned that the food in London is subpar and to prepare for that as a first time London visitor. I'm not sure where they ate at but it wasn't at Rosewood as I found their food pretty tasty! Holborn dining was a favorite, from the decor, to the food, to the service. Rosewood is a bit pricey, however this is a case of where you actually do get what you pay for. If your budget allows, I highly recommend staying here!

The property was lovely and the room upgrade was a nice touch. However, the overall vibe felt a bit stuffy and borderline arrogant, which took away from the warmth and hospitality I was hoping for.

This was my second trip to this property. I really enjoyed it but one disappointment, the room is advertised as sleeps 3 but the room didn’t sleep 3 without a rollaway bed. It was fine but just wish it had been advertised sleeps two as we would have booked differently.
