A very nice place to stay in Bellingham. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Staff were professional and friendly, the pool was awesome for kids, and the room was great.

Daily room service was poor

The staff of this hotel is lovely..especislly Liam at the reception. The lobby and pool area are very nice. We were disappointed in the rooms. They are very small and have one chair which is very uncomfortable. For two people to watch tv or have a glass of wine and chat. Sitting on the beds is not comfortable. Also, for $380 a night I would expect some amenities in the room. Maybe glasses. A plug in the tub to be able to.take a bath. Some special soaps. 2 bottles of water..not just one. The rooms are dissapointing. .

Very clean facility, friendly staff. Restaurant on site is a plus.

Room was great, restaurant had good food, staff was nice. I only stayed one night, so can't reall give through assignment.

Check in was easy. Desk staff was accommodating. The room had a stale smoke odor and the hot water wasn't very hot, but i would stay here again.

this is a very nice hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and the location to the college campus is perfect.

Amazing staff! We were able to upgrade our room last minute and get a roll away bed for an extra kiddo. The kids had fun, breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were amazing

Pros: good value, excellent customer service, free parking, clean and spacious room. Cons: the hot tub was broken! Also, we really dislike the strong air freshener scent that is used in the lobby.

Paid extra for a king room but when we arrived they told us they only had queens and couldn’t refund the difference. Pool was seemingly under maintenance but there were no signs so it was dirty and not closed off, seems like a safety issue. Motel experience.
