My stay at Gran Derby was amazingly exceptional. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the crew were great! They even suggested places for me to visit, knowing that it was my first time visiting Spain. I would definitely choose this place to stay at on my next visit. Room was clean and the housekeeping service is exceptional. I can’t wait to go back!

Lovey hotel with great service. Room was really big with bath and seating area.

The rooms are very nice, but the hotel doesn't even have boiler for the water in the room, you have to check availability with reception to see if they can provide it. And they do not refresh with water and amenities each day. It is nice place with potential but lacks the luxury touch or more the luxury service.

The room was great, but we did not like that a stripclub is Nextdoor, specially since we were staying with teenagers.

Nice, polite front desk staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to pharmacy, convenience store and two restaurants. Would have liked more lighting fixtures as the room with the sofa bed was a bit dark at night. Would still recommend.

The property is old with updates. It was a nice place, but i don't think it was worth the nightly rates being charged.

Super friendly staff room was very clean conveniently located by alot of restaurants easy to catch a cab bus or the metro would definitely recommend and stay their again

The stay was amazing. Location is perfect as you are not that far from city centre and main attractions. You need to take a quick public transport to reach anywhere. Bus stop is close by and metro station is 10-12 mins walk away. Overall we had an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights. Personnel was great! All of them. They were really helpful and always willing to help and sorry I can not name them but I treat with a few members of their team and all of them were polite and helpful. Location I find was great. It was relatively close to main attractins of the city. Rooms were cleaned and quiet.

Great hotel!

Staff and facilities were very impressive. Even tried out the swimming pool in November. Disappointed with the road works that were happening right outside the hotel. We were not told about them and they were directly underneath our window. Work started at 7:45 am which woke us up.

The staff was helpful and considerate. The best perk was that our room was ready mid morning when we arrived! The bed was very uncomfortable and there is no restaurant/bar.
