Not the best

Great location, value, friendly staff

There was no toilet papers in toilet.

Basic but clean room, tea and coffee included, great value for money.

Property is very dated but clean.. parking charge expensive

Paying for parking was shocking

Room not in great condition. Dirty bathroom. Only 3 thin pillows - asked for more but told there were no extras. There was no shower gel in dispenser. Only one towel provided for 3. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke (although room was ok). No one on reception in the evening, no locked internal doors so didn't feel very secure. However beds comfortable, convenient location and cheap price!

The hotel itself is in Heartshead Moor services and when you book and pay for the hotel they DON'T tell you there's a £15 DAILY CAR PARKING CHARGE - ON TOP of the room that you only find out about when you actually arrive at the reception desk. Apart from that the hotel itself was fairly clean with basic but clean amenities etc.

Really happy with my stay here staff were helpful with our bags as they don’t have a lift rooms really spacious clean and comfortable

At the price point a very good option to take a break on long journeys, very close to Leeds, Bradford and Huddersfield

New rules only one bath& hand towel yet 2 people in room . No spare pillows . Room we were in with a dog is nearest to the actual services & M62 .

Room was clean but dated. Room booked for 3 people - one cup and one set of towels. Location good for the 1 night stay we needed. Would use again as a stopover

I didn't like paying £5 for parking

£5 PARKING CHARGE IF YOU BOOK ON EXPEDIA comfy bed. Clean room. Staff polite but only one person on site. Low rating due to new practice of charging guests parking unless you book through their own website.

Much improved decor for this hotel makes the place look cared for. It’s clean and the staff were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble.

Property needs a good refurb, however bed was clean! £5 a night to park! Considering it was just off the motorway at a service station no noise could be heard overnight!

All great . I can’t believe that we were staying next to the motorway but it was so quiet 👏. Staff were lovely
