Great, just needed better wifi connection and more then 3 channels on tv

Was not happy with the hotel at all , Had to take cold shower water took approximately 15-20 to turn to hot.Pool area was completely dead not maintain at all , water was dirty and insect inside the pool and it look deteriorated inside. Hotel staff was not friendly at all specially when i have arrived , breakfast is not included. The bedroom blinds were all falling apart , only good thing their was a/c works great.

The place was good, friendly staff, and fair price. Water temperature of the pool was very cold.

El hotel le urge remodelación urgentemente .tood está en mal estado cuartos muy sucios había latas de cerveza de un huésped anterior ya que yo no tomo cerveza .las sabanas había cabellos .toallas sucia ala alfombra súper sucia todo está muy mal en pésimas condiciones el buffet y la comida muy insípida

The price is nice at this hotel but the restaurant could use some help

It was a horrible experience at this hotel, first of all old hotel, lift doesn’t work properly door close like in 2 seconds, we got a queen bedroom, there was hair on pillows, hair on sink and toilet didn’t flush properly we asked for a new room but they didn’t have more reception just didn’t help us, I reached to Expedia customer service and they help me a lot but they couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel was awful

Ive stayed here many times during my visit to the city and i just love everything about it as far as price and convenience of its location

I like the convenience for the places I visited and I didn’t like I saw 2 cucarachas

The hotel is clean and the location is a plus for nearby public transportation.

El baño en particular estaba muy descuidado, la cortina de la bañera estaba en pesimas condiciones

The front desk needs more training. I made a reservation for 3 people but the front desk didn’t understand my request when I told them my guest and family were arriving late. The front desk told me they needed to see them when I checked in; otherwise, they wouldn’t be allowed to stay.

This is the second time they did to me they Ofer something and don’t respect the Ofer
