Nice suite

It was clean and the rooms were nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking was limited after later hours but other than that this hotel was amazing, the staff was really caring and nice, would recommend for anyone staying around this area, the breakfast was also very good

I chose this hotel because it was offering a separate room with a pullout bed. When I went to make the bed and discovered the mattress was nothing but springs and cloth. I realized I cannot put my daughter and her boyfriend on this bed to sleep on after we picked him up from the airport, which was the reason for a visit and wanting the extra room and sofa bed. Luckily they were able to switch us to another room that had two queen beds. I was very disappointed that they would think someone would sleep on something that uncomfortable.

Great experience for the family. My ONLY concern would be that some of the stuff in the bathroom needed updated and better job of maintenance as it was easy to see where a square of drywall was taken out above the tub. Staff were great and accommodating, breakfast was good too.

Stayed her cause it's kinda out of the city and close to food and whatnot. They let me have a late checkout I asked due to VA hospital appt. Also requested 1st floor so thank you.

Everything good so far

Staff and guests were incredibly helpful getting my parents' luggage to their room and unloaded. They came into town from 3 hours away, and my Dad (80) is being seen for a fractured vertebrae in his back, so his mobility is very limited and it's hard for my Mom to do it all. They were incredibly grateful.for.a.beautiful handicap accessible room, and incredibly kind and caring people to help them settle in. I'm incredibly grateful for all of the people who went above and beyond for my parents. Bless you! 💕

The workers of the breakfast buffet were not keeping up with the hot food trays. The tables were all dirty.

Excellent .. the lady at front desk was very helpful and friendly too

The room was fine, nothing special, a little dated. Front desk staff was pretty unpleasant. Upon arrival our plan was to park at the property and shuttle to the airport as the posting said parking available for $10/day. When I checked in and asked to set this up I was told they have no parking and were pretty unapologetic about it. When we set up the shuttle for a portion of my family the next morning since i had to find another parking solution, they only do the shuttles on the hour and the next morning said they didn't have us down for our shuttle and again they seemed annoyed by it instead of helpful. Would not recommend this hotel, definitely stay somewhere more accomodating and with better customer service training.

None of the TV's worked at this property. I was there with a group. We were all essentially told sorry and that's it. The treadmills also didn't work and there isn't much else. Place was older and moderately dirty.
