Very nice! We'll stay again

It was okay,only overnight. The only bothering thing was the $100.00 fee at check-in. Although it was refunded a few days later, I was confused because I had two different emails and two different prices. I’m too old to have had a party in my room!!!

Great property for families, close to a shopping plaza and restaurants.

We booked room with no water for shower. Night staff was nice. Day staffs were super rude.

My wife, Cam, and I enjoyed the friendly staff, especially the young lady, Rory, who served us a couple drinks at the bar both nights of our stay . Rory was very gracious to us and we shared a very nice conversation about each others lives. If we visit Baltimore again, we'll very likely book pur atay at this nice hotel.

We were in another location and tHyatt literally saved the day as we needed to leave that terrible place. They allowed us to chack in early adn were very sweet. Every employee we interacred with showed kindness. I am forever grateful.

What I liked most about my stay was the location. It was very close to the nice neighborhoods in Owings Mills and nearby areas, which made it very convenient. Parking was easy and accessible, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. I stayed in a room with a king-sized bed that was very comfortable and firm. The layout of the hotel felt more like an apartment, which made it feel homier. I especially liked having a kitchen with a sink, a separate bathroom, and a cozy living area with a TV. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay

The front desk staff was not very accommodating

Microwaves should be in all rooms along with full size ironing boards.

Old and dated needs to be revamped. Rooms are spacious though but in definite need of an update. Needs a genuine breakfast service. Lobby floor is depressing. Conveniently located near places to eat.

Nice and clean hotel

The front desk personnel were so nice & pleasant. Room was clean, bed linen clean. It was my birthday and the young lady offered me a cupcake & drink, I opted for chips…she gave the the chips and I could also pick out a beverage of my choice for my husband & myself. Will definitely stay again

They did not have the room I booked and payed for A room with two beds was there take my cousin for surgery We called Expedia and they find an other hotel within 1510 minutes from there and they had the room we needed and it ended up being a really nice place. People were friendly and I enjoyed my stay at the other place, but that was sad. We paid for the room and booked it and they didn’t even keep it for us. Well, we know I’m not impressed with
