The front desk was super helpful and great service. Dope rooms stayed in the family loft we enjoyed our stay

Booked a family room (paid extra) - (with mountain view) online,given a room with no view. Worse off,the toilet pan had urine stains.grime on cupboard handles.Insisted on a room change- which they complied- 2nd room- Toilet also dirty!Carpets in common areas-dirty!hotel needs a overall upgrade!

The staff is amazing and lovely, which makes everything else worth it. The room was a bit worn and rundown, but clean. The AC was broken and the toilet seat wasn’t properly attached, but the location is great and its fine for a night. Not wheel chair accessible at all and breakfast is quite pricey.

This hotel has recently been updated, although you can see the old structure of the room ie some of the wooden furniture is a bit outdated. The shower room is new and pristine.

This Hotel is conveniently located easy to walk along the beachfront and then up the street offers a world of dining and shopping

its mainly for tourist buses. they have a lot of group tour bus that sends guests to. buffet dining most days. we were on the annex building and quite inconvenient. no view despite EXPEDIA mentioning a mountain view. were in between buildings and internet is poor. very slow!!! we were on kind of an apartment setting where there are 3 doors and one tenant left his door slightly open and the alarm kept on beeping at 5 am. we stayed 2 nights and I was glad we just did 2 nights. also the bathroom seat and the sink was too high.. just overall a place to sleep after a long tiring day nothing else. (not sure about the main building but on our room, definitely not returning) positive: underground parking (safe) staff: helpful

Rooms facing the ocean have a beautiful view. Other rooms are dark during the day. Shower in my room was excellent with a strong water pressure. Overall, it is a bit worn out. Cleanliness was not excellent, but the location is great and the ocean view is beautiful. Upgrade to ocean view room was reasonably priced.

Everything was good except parking was an issue when we arrived and our room was missed for cleaning also requested towels and had to ask twice before being dropped off.

The staff are so friendly and helpful even when we had a problem with the room, they upgraded it with no issues. The food was excellent in the restaurant.
