Absolutely loved our stay at the Grosvenor really welcoming and warm staff, lovely room with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. A stunning breakfast with really good choice. Can’t wait to go back and stay again.

Ideal spot for a visit to Chester, including the Racecourse

We were disappointed in our room as it was in need of some upgrading. Woodwork was chipped and wallpaper marked in many places.

Good value all round, staff all professional and friendly, one of the better hotels I’ve stopped in for value for money

My room was fantastic. The bathroom is a little dated, but the room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast is almost certainly the best in Chester and the staff are great.

A bit slow in the breakfast restaurant and hadn’t said you had to pay for full breakfast It’s only continental breakfast

Another wonderful stay at the Grosvenor. Very helpful staff throughout our visit. Sublime Suite. Fantastic breakfast and the most delicious meal in the Arkle restaurant.

Confortabile and clean.

Staff and restaurant very nice, rooms are dated. We stayed in an Exec Room which we felt was on the small side, it didn't feel like an upgrade from a classic room. Tea/Coffee and water in the room is complimentary, everything else is chargable. Overall it was a very nice stay, once in the room I didnt get the luxury feel
