Very clean, friendly staff, luxury environment and family friendly 🙂🙂🙂

We liked everything but we expected them to the room every day!

Rooms were updated and comfortable. Pool area was nice and lots of parking! Very strict on pool towels. Must request them at the front desk before entering the pool, which was inconvenient and uncomfortable especially standing there in your swimsuit with people checking in.

Property was clean

honestly just did not feel very clean. bedding had stains, shower had mold, smelled a bit musty. not worth the price.

Good Hotel

The payment system of the hotel was terrible. The staff didn’t know what was going on: they checked people in without charging the credit card and after a few days, they require the guests to make payments before the end of the stay. Everyone was confused on why this was happening and the manager was unkind in the whole process and make the guests uncomfortable. This was our 2nd time returning to this hotel and Won’t be returning again!!!

Loved it, friendly staff. Rooms were comfy and clean. Right across from a park and field with a splash pad for kids. Newr a mall and lots of resturants or even quick food options! Overall a nice experience. Will definitely stay again. Oh and nice view of Mt Rainer 😍

We booked last minute after a disastrous choice at a different hotel. Thankfully they had a room for our two-night stay, and we were able to relax. The check in was smooth, the person working the counter was super. The room clean and comfortable. A great area with many dining options, and the parking felt safe and was well lighted. Breakfast was decent, similar to what every chain is offering these days. Waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats and breads. Plus, cereals, yogurts, juices and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

I stayed at the property for two nights. The management and staff were generally lacking, with the exception of the evening desk clerk. The bathroom had visible mold under the sink ring and around the drain. I was out during the day and expected fresh towels upon my return. When I saw that I still needed towels, I called the front desk and was rudely told to bring my dirty ones downstairs for an exchange—or to go find a housekeeper on my floor. I was a bit shocked by this response, especially since it was only 2:30 PM and I assumed housekeeping was still working. I decided to find a housekeeper myself. On the way, I encountered a woman who claimed to be a manager. I explained I was looking for a housekeeper to exchange my towels and continued walking. She stopped me to explain that their policy doesn’t allow guests to approach housekeepers directly, as they only have enough towels for check-outs, not stay-overs. However, she said she would make an exception this time. I let her know my room hadn’t been serviced at all and that I was a stay-over guest. She told me that housekeeping must be requested, which I felt I had already done when I called the front desk. As I was leaving, I also witnessed the front desk clerk yelling at another guest who was checking out. I would recommend staying elsewhere until the management issues are resolved.

We had a great stay overall. My only issues were the carpet in the room could benefit from a professional cleaning as there were stains and the beds were hard and the pillows were flat. Not the most comfortable sleep but the room was clean and staff was fantastic.

The staff was friendly enough. However, we booked a room expressly with a sofa bed. When we arrived, the check-in clerk could not find keys for the closet that held extra blankets. So, she gave an extra sheet. There were no extra pillows. The front, automatic doors were broken and no sign indicating such. There was no water in the water station in the hotel’s gym.

Upon arrival, we thought the property was nice. Once we got to our room, we noticed the AC unit had a piece missing and there were exposed wires visible. It was also falling off the wall. When we called to have it fixed, we were moved to another room. No biggie, we moved down the hall. However, the next morning, we requested housekeeping services as we had two young children and needed more towels, garbage removal, bedding changes, etc. I was told we have to be on our third day to receive housekeeping services, even though the site lists housekeeping services are available upon request. The front desk said they may be able to make it up by noon but if not they would give us the bedding to be changed. Nothing regarding the garbage removal was mentioned. We had plans for the day and weren’t going to wait around until noon, so we asked again as we left. We returned hours later with dinner and other things to our room key not to working. We waited for someone to come assist, but no one showed after 20 minutes, so my husband had to go down to get a new key. When we got to our room, still no housekeeping services had been rendered. A new front desk person was working, so she kindly brought bedding up to us. No towels or garbage removal was offered. Overall, the room was decent, aside for AC and room key issues, however the staff, specifically the day shift front desk person was not helpful or hospitable at all. Won’t be choosing this hotel in the future.
