Nice and clean, however, it is an old building with the old smell.

Great service overall. The person at check-in was very friendly. The breakfast room was way too small and cramped. This should be expanded so people can eat conmfortably.

I managed to have access to my room by 10:30am which is rare but much appreciated!

The staff was friendly and so helpful. I enjoyed the bowl of fruit, the yummy cookies and the refreshing choices of fruited or cucumber water that was available.

Perfect overnight stay after late flight arrival. Very nice and helpful staff, good clean room and enjoyable continental breakfast.

I had a standard King bed room at full price ($330) and was put in a room right by the elevator. At 6:30am staff started emptying trash cans by the elevator making a horrible racket. It wouldn’t have been so bad had the person in the room above me hadn’t been pacing the floor starting at 4:30am. I heard both footsteps and floor creaking for a good hour. Checkin was fine and the receptionist was courteous and helpful. I did the pre check but it still took 10-15 minutes to check in. My room was dark because shrubbery outside blocked daylight. The woman who managed breakfast service was delightful. Breakfast was fine. There are much nicer places to stay in Sidney at that price range.

Staff was very friendly

Inebriated men in nearby room/hallway at 2-3:45am were very disruptive to sleep. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful.

Starting to get that locker room smell in the rooms.

We had an absolutely lovely stay for just one night. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. There was a small fridge and a coffee maker. The breakfast was very good, with hot options as well as cold. Also lots of parking and easy walk through a beautiful town down to the beach and shore walk.

All of the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, gym was decent and the room was super clean. I would absolutely stay here again anytime.
