Vraiment nul ,c’est dommage , le service n’est pas au rdv , hotel ne mérite pas 5* chambre vieillissante morceau de vis pointu qui dépasse très dangereux les murs sont sales, le parking aucune place les gens se gare même sur la pelouse etc etc

Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise während unseres Marokkourlaubs in diesem Hotel verbracht. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung, aber man merkt schon, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Das Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, bezüglich Sauberkeit könnte aber noch etwas mehr gemacht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, es stand alles zur Verfügung, was wir benötigten. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes waren die leckeren Tapas im Pachamama Tapas y Alegria. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und die Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet und waren sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Diesen Aufenthalt haben wir bei einem herrlichen Sonneuntergang sehr genossen.

Terrible hôtel sur toute les niveaux équipement services nourriture propreté de la chambre rien avoir avec un 5 étoiles Jai payé une chambres vue sur piscine il ont remplacé avec une autres vu sur parking en plus refusé de change la chambres prévu pour nôtre séjour Climatiseurs fonctionne pas aucune réponse favorable après notre réclamation Pas L'eau potable servi avec le petit déjeuner ou le dîner obligation de l'achète

Very stiff bed. Could not control the air conditioning. Restaurant service was below standard.

Etablissement très bien tenu, bien situé avec un personnel de restauration, d'entretien très serviable. Une plage magnifique privée surveillée. Période de faible affluence très agréable. Le seul bémol les options pour le dîner car pas de buffet et une offre de carte restreinte. Un restaurant à proximité qui fonctionne avec l'hôtel mais est axé avant tout sur la recherche du bénéfice et non le service au client de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble c'était super.

Terrifying experience. Very dirty and unclean hotel.

This was just a stopover on our way from Essaouira to Casablanca. Nice courtyard/pool, gym and access to the ocean. The service was generally good, though they messed up our car reservation.

Very limited dinning and expensive ..

Great hotel, with very willing staff and training needed. Receptionist needs to understand better English and French! Golf club house & operations is very incompetent & does not belong to this resort, which is not mentioned, when booking.

Great staff, great service, clean and comfortable, food is good and varied too. I wish I'd been there on holiday and not for work, so i could have tried the Spa and spent time in the pool too.

Arrived one day early. reception rearranged booking with no issues, even though it was past midnight at arrival time Room very spacious and cleaned perfectly throughout the trip Food was excellent throughout Great facilities 2 minute walk to the beach

Too many bees at the restaurant!!! If you are allergic make sure to have an Epipen handy (not kidding) i suggested to have the honey and jam centerpieces they have on the tables!! The manager claims it’s not the cause!!! Believe me the bees were having a fiesta!

Great golf course, family friendly pool and activities.
