Very friend stuff and let us check in early after a long 15+2.5 hrs flightand driving! Truly appreciated it. Great location too.

Great accessible to public transportation

Clean and comfortable. The window didn't totally seal when closed. Had to ask for a second pillow.

Only remark was the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, everything else was really good.

Parking was the major problem

The moment I checked in I checked out..... there is no air conditioning, it's summertime this is unacceptable. Expedia is not honest when it comes to reimbursement. Expedia does not offer refunds even if something like this comes up. Don't ask me about my stay if you won't offer a refund it's a scam.

Each room has a fridge (used to be mini-bar but is now empty for your use). Grocery and other stores right across the street (with typical German opening hours, that is, until 9 pm, but closed Sunday). Hotel itself is a little dated, but everything functions.

This is a basic hotel but it is as advertised. No air-conditioning, which I knew, but weather uncomfortably hot. Corridor, inter room noise. Very close to transport. Was there for Documenta so difficult to get accommodation but this was OK overall.
