It was surprisingly clean and nice

Excellent hotel. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of parking spaces available. A nice and safe area for walking.

The room was Not so clean

Spacious rooms. Bathroom was very nice with rain shower and separate toilet. Room did not have AC but sufficient heating and a balcony door could be fully opened to let fresh air in. Parking was available directly in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had to be picked up at the reception, which can be quite a lot to carry. The food was good though. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our nights stay here everything was of a high standard, the room was very spacious and had very comfy beds (twin bed room) in a nice quiet area with plenty of freeparking spaces outside so no need to pay to park in the underground paid parking. But I must say for all the quality at the hotel it was slightly disappointing that the room didn't have tea and coffee facilities in the room and also no free WiFi either... Fix this and everything would be fantastic.

The Mercure at Entenfang feels more like a business hotel and is not near the town center. We had excellent service at the hotel. We needed a shuttle bus for a large family gathering and they always had one ready. Also needed a projector last minute and they had one ready waiting for us. Very helpful if you need extra services.

Very nice, large room, BUT NO AIR CONDITIONING. Had to open door to let fresh air in, then had bugs fly in.

Overnight stop on the way from Denmark to London. Clean and comfortable accommodation with a good breakfast.

Nice cheap place, little bit far out of the centre, but a reasonable taxi ride

Myself and family visited this hotel from England whilst attending my sons wedding, the staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and well maintained, we didn't get to use all the facilities in the hotel but everything we did use was well maintained and clean.

This hotel is out of the way with no restaurants to eat nearby. Its 20 euro in a taxi back from the city. There area is industrial. The hotel was being refurbished by workmen starting drilling in the morning. I arrived back late one evening and the lift wasn't working, I had to climb two flights of stairs. The room however was excellent due to being recently refurbished. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The evening receptionist was very nice.

We stayed in room 321. It was very noisy from the bar guestes. We smelled cigarettes smoking in the room. We will not recommand this hotel for anyone.

Stopped here while passing through to Poland. VERY spacious room, great value. Unusually hot weather with no air-con. We suffered a bit and could have done with a FAN. Even with the balcony door open fully, we couldn't get the air moving. ALL the staff were superb and spoke English. Excellent recommendations on what to do on our rest day (went to Schutzenfest so not much rest. Had a fantastic time.) The member of staff considered our individual needs that it was hot weather and we had a 2yr old. Great recommendation for evening meal too. Will DEFINITELY stay again but may bring our own fan.
