It’s a safe bet. Not quite 4 stars but a good 3. The sink was blocked and had to be reported. Otherwise the receptionists were friendly and helpful

Excellent staff and pull out bed was actually two twin beds which was great for our family. Great breakfast.

Great hotel for few nights

The hotel was quiet and very centrally located. Did not eat at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet seemed well stocked. The bar area is cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again.

Really helpful receptionist who went over and above to help me get transport to the station. Clean and comfortable room but did feel there was a strange smell as you entered the hotel.

The staff was excellent, particularly when we checked in. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful and convenient location.

Staff were incredible here, loved our stay. We actually had a minor hiccup that was beyond their control during our stay, yet they handled it really really well. Staff are excellent here.

We had to book a quick overnight room because our travel to Switzerland was cut short It was great here and the service was awesome My only issue is the checkout was at 12 noon but our keycard stopped working at 1130am I asked the person in the front to make the adjustment and they quickly update the keycard and let us back into the room, apart from that everything was fine

The staff were VERY kind and accommodating for all things: suggestions, extra supplies and conversation in English.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was also excellent for dinner and breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the palace and gardens.

Restaurant staff were super friendly and willing to help and make me comfortable. Very good location and very accessible public transportation. Good initiative to provide guests the possibility to fill their water bottles (with both sparkling still water). Found it strange that nobody offered to carry my luggage this being a 4 star hotel. 😞 😞 Overall some European hotels are overpricing for the conditions and level of services offered.

We requested a room where the toilet was in the same room as shower and were given a handicapped room. We didn’t like a separated toilet from the bath. Parking was a challenge, behind the hotel then needed to climb up 1 story of stairs with your suitcases, no elevator. Walking to Versailles palace still about 30-45 min. Friendly staff, clean quite spacious room
