Staff lovely , modern and clean hotel very pleased with our stay. Well located for everything in Palma

Nice rooftop! And rooms very modern. In the middle of it all! Location is so perfect. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, 8minutes walking distance.

Location is fantastic - walking distance to everything. Also has a rooftop bar with the best view in Palma. Has a great storage area for your luggage if you arrive early. Room had a wonderful little balcony with doors that open for fresh air. Wish we could have stayed another night.

Small room but possibly expected in city environment. Generally everything else as expected except breakfast which is not great. Very limited both in choice and the availability of items . These needed to be replenished regularly and this was not done speedily.

The hotel was very good and the front desk staff was excellent. The sky top bar is a must see

Quality hotel in a great location for exploring the delights of Palma. Room was spacious an spotless. Good hotel facilities and rooftop sky lounge bar and restaurant wonderful. Attentive staff and great service made our stay a real pleasure!

The hotel was very nice and staff very nice. Location is amazing and a quieter area with lots of shopping and access around Palma. We rented two rooms. One of the rooms had a sewer smell the whole time. The other room had no smell. The smell room I’d give it 3 stars. Non smell room gets 4 stars.

Absolutely amazing! Stunning hotel and perfect service! My only niggle is that we booked 2 rooms and paid the same price for both however rooms were on different floors. One of level 5 with a beautiful view, could even see the cathedral however the other was on level 4 with a view of only a wall. Which was disappointing but did not affect our trip. Would definitely return

Clean functional hotel very centrally located. Absolutely fine for us as we were out all day.

Excellent stay at a central hotel. Room clean and we felt safe. Rooftop bar has a stunning view and is a must visit. Staff very good. We arrived early and were able to store luggage and they sent a WhatsApp when the room was ready. Only minor comment is our room was directly behind/beside the lift which was noisy when used and the window was tiny. However we were only there 1 night so was only a minor issue.

Superfriendly staff (thx for extraordinary service and courtesy!) Perfectly located in the gravity center of the scene; everything that matters: walking distance; all you need on arm‘s reach!

We requested a silent room but After the First Night the Renovation started at 7am … 😢😩

Staff is outstanding

This property is idealy situated in the heart of old town. Easily walkable to many historic sites. The hoyel was super clean and rooms were cleaned daily The included breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The Sky Nar was great with incredible views of the city.My only complaints would be that the hotel is a bit cramped. It is also on the main street so it is a little noisy at night. I would definitely stay here ahain . My only complaints were that
