Large comfortable room. Conveniently located at walkable distance from the centre. The car park is a bit expensive and quite narrow.

the place was nice, but with very limited parking that was failed to be disclosed on the Hotel.com website. on our arrival, on a rainy night no parking was available . having to park 5 blocks away and having to climb a steep him. had I know the limitations, I would have booked on another hotel. the rest of the nights I was able to park in the hotel parking

Very nice place to stay

Second time I’ve stayed here. Ideal stopover for the Ferry and they are good with dogs (they put a dog bed in the room). Staff always friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly and welcoming reception staff. Smooth , no hassle checkin and out. Great location, breakfast was superb, hot and cold options were varied and good quality products. Service again was excellent. Would definitely use again.

Solo nos quedamos por una noche y todo estuvo muy bien. Las atenciones excelentes, parking pago en el mismo hotel y pudimos conocer Santander caminando ya que está bien ubicado.

Really pleasant stay. Staff were super friendly and relaxed (seems to be very common in Santander). Walking distance to the main beaches and centre of town.

Room very small Under AMENITIES Self parking is mentioned. What is NOT mentioned that one has to PAY 12 or 14 Euros. I always book a hotel with parking but it should be mentioned that ADDITIONAL Payment must be made. DECEIVING

Perfect location we stayed only one night because the ferry was delayed definitely stay again next time we are in Santander good car park and very help-full friendly Staff.

A modern and functional hotel with friendly staff. My only real grip was being given a room next to the lift (with associated noise levels).
