Easy check in, great wifi, friendly multilingual staff, quiet and clean rooms, and a great central location.

In addition to having bugs which we all 5 of us have been bitten from, the fire alarm went off at night, and as there is no staff, no information was shared. We were standing outside on the pavement with no information at all.

Room was very clean & reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Dropped a star as parking outside while obtaining car park directions was not easy and reception boarded up for renovation

Good location

Stayed here for one night only but hotel was clean and comfortable, good location. Room was spacious and comfortable. The front staff was kind to give us red bandanas for the fiestas of San Fermin and a map of where festivities were held. We stayed on the 6th floor, the only odd thing ( not a complaint) is that the elevator only made it to the 5th floor and you had to walk to the 6th floor. Otherwise, great hotel. Note: make sure you reserve parking in advance, which is conveniently located next to hotel.

A very good lady on reception who explained all I needed to know. The room was good but the en suite rather tight! Hotel is very well situated in the city and only a 10 minute amble to the Plaza del Castillo, the heart of the old town, and most of the places of interest. Parking through the hotel is very limited so best to book a place in advance. Pamplona is a lovely city and felt very safe walking around.

Everything was excellent

On a motorcycle holiday with a friend. Pamplona is a great destination with fabulous Tapas bars. Hotel was nicely located but parking even for a motorbike was difficult. Some great Tapas bars in the area if you can find them. Nothing bad, but nothing memorable so just a typical tourist hotel. I would return but for the price a breakfast should be included.

Reception desk wasn't really existent! Was asked to check in online ahead of the trip. When the receptionist was around, she was perched on a tiny desk in a very large lobby, I felt sorry for her! I was only there one night and unfortunately had VERY noisy neighbours until 4am. The walls seemed paper thin! Not sure I would recommend.

I liked the ability to receive a code on my phone to get to the hotel and to my room. Very convenient.

Online check in and keypad entry was excellent and easy. Perfect for what we needed and comfortable.
