My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing due to their unprofessional customer service. We initially made a reservation for the wrong date by mistake. Realizing the error, we rebooked two rooms for the correct date and stayed without issue. However, despite the fact that the original booking was for a completely different date—months away from our actual stay—the hotel refused to engage in any meaningful discussion about a refund for the unused family room. Attempts to clarify the issue were met with silence. The front desk staff gave one version of events in person, but follow-up communication was completely ignored. There was no consistency or willingness to help. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options.

Hotel is okay, but service is very unwelcoming.

We travel alot and this is the best family room we have ever stayed in! The separate area with the single child bed is amazing! You can pull the curtain across so little ones can go to sleep earlier than the adults. Great design. Car park right underneath so you can get your luggage straight upto the room.

It was very nice.My partner arrived very late and we were able to have a drink and a snack and the staff were so helpful.Went out if their way for us too.

Great hotel ,fantastic ,big family room. Great location.The only negative thing was loud delivery in the morning which woke me up at 5am as it was just under my room .

We let the receptionist know we were gold members. Even with proof she needed Expedia to call in and confirm. Told Expedia we would be receiving perks. Didnt get anything. Room was not clean. There was garbage from former guest. There were lipstick stains on the pillow and when we called the front desk, I was told housekeeping had left. It was only after saying that I wouldn't sleep without a pillow I received one almost 1 hour later. For a fourstar hotel, it doesn't have a safe, no coffee or water kettle in the room. Shampoo and body wash was two in one dispensers. Nothing additional. The room did not cleaned the next day either. This hotel did not meet our expectation of a four star hotel. Only plus was the room size

It's the GOP hotel. You pay in advance, which is an indication of their level of trust. Thier services are what you would expect. Enough for the night out.

Great room and bed

The hotel itself is fun/quirky, yet understated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did wish they offered some kind of room service. I needed a bit of ice, but was told they would happily oblige me if I came down. Sometimes running downstairs whilst trying to get ready isn't so easy. That is my only "complaint". Other than this everything else was great. They even had a record player and a small collection of records in my room. Loved that! Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic comfort in the best location right at the Kurpark. Friendly staff. Quality is excellent, as expected in Vienna House. Good vibe for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Gut gelegen wenn man im Stadtzentrum Wohnen möchte. Geräumiges Zimmer und sehr bequemes Bett.

Kurzer Zwischenstopp auf der Heimreise: Wir haben auf unserer Heimreise das Hotel als Zwischenstopp gewählt. Tolles Frühstück, das sehr schön präsentiert wurde, unkomplizierter Aufenthalt.

Super nettes Personal am Empfang. Zimmer sauber, allerdings Schimmel in der Dusche. Unfreundliches Personal beim Frühstück.

Dusche war dreckig und veraltet. Verkleidungen fielen herunter.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Aufmachung, Sauberkeit und Service war sehr gut
