Very convenient ,close to all my wants and needs.

I stay here a lot and it’s always amazing

Room was fine. Pool area is rented out to kids birthday parties. Very loud, crowded. Hot tub appeared dirty. If pool area not your thing then this place would be fine. Police on site when we arrived so that was scary.

Hot tub needs to be hotter, its just a warm bath. Front desk could not find my hotel.com booking, but they honored the rate anyways (I had the confirmation email) Everything else was fine!

Everything was good, but a little bit dirty in swimming pool. However, your pillows needs to be changed. And please leave warm blankets in rooms. Thank you for service.

Too noisy if you are coming for rest or relax then this is not the right choice even you can listen the conversation from next room properly. Staff was nice . Towels are smelly.

Nice big room but tiny little tv. Nice pool with slide so expect there to be A LOT of kids around. So the place was noisy. Kids running up and down the hall at 11 pm. Other than that nice hotel. Wish it had breakfast included.

Great for the kids

I made a couple of requests for a room type which were not met. After asking to have a room change the receptionist was extremely rude and another one stepped in and managed to sort out my issue. People were smoking in the room beside me and all I could smell was the smoke, it was very gross. You cannot get food delivered to your room as they don't let delivery drivers go to your room. My cc was not authorized at check in so I was told I had to go down to the restaurant and could not order room service. The room was beat up and dirty. I will definitely not be staying there again.

Room was ok, and it was a “redone” room. It was so tiny. The bathtub had mold all along edges, and bathroom door was falling apart. I’m pretty sure the walls were made of paper and there were screaming children in the room next to us with no supervision. The bed was extremely saggy and the pillows were made of tiny chunks of foam. There was also no way to adjust the temperature in the room. There were no smoking signs everywhere but the halls stunk of cigarette smoke and weed. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Will NEVER stay there again.

A very big hotel with lots of food options a short walk away. Very good security - cards needed to access room areas. Beautiful pool. Efficient staff. Well appointed room with a good desk.

Great place to stay with kids. I do wish the pool and hot tub were a little warmer but other than that it’s a great value for the price

The place was a bit worn out. Needs a remodel. Saturday night the hot tub was drained and closed. Lots of people in the pool.

Hot tub wasn’t working the past few times I’ve stayed. Rooms are ok, need better lighting. I booked this stay through a Black Friday promotion which was supposed to be 40% off but checked the website the day before and rooms were 50$ less than the discounted rate I booked. Disappointing
