Convenient accommodations. Clean. A bit older, 70s designs. Not more, but not less.

La chambre, les lits, la literie et les serviettes étaient parfait. Au deuxième étage ont où nous étions situés c'était tranquille. Les contres; il n'y a pas de restaurant, le déjeuner continental est de piètre qualité et le bâtiment dans son ensemble est totalement désuet. On se croirais dans les années 1980.Pour ces raisons, il n'est pas certain que nous y retournerons à notre prochaine visite à Sept-Iles.

Nourriture du déjeuner: très ordinaire, c’était une boite déjeuner qui contenait, un muffin, un jus, un fromage et une barre tendre. On ne pouvait pas choisir ce qu’on voulait. Il y a des déjeuners continentales beaucoup mieux que cela. Très déçu du déjeuner et on ne retournera pas cet hôtel.

Sur les photos, les chambres n'avait pas de tapis, mais dans la réalité il n'y avait aucune chambre sans tapis. La borne pour les voitures électrique était defectueuse. Demandait des dépôt et garantie pour tout. 400.00 depot pour un adapteur pour voiture electrique. 200.00 pour la chambre... petit dejeuner servit dans une boite comme au temps de la covid. Aucun choix, pour le prix je suis vraiment déçu.

Confortable

Séjour agréable à l’Hôtel Gouverneur de Sept-Îles. L’endroit est propre et bien situé, mais l’établissement commence à montrer des signes d’âge. Quelques améliorations seraient bienvenues, comme l’ajout d’une barre d’appui au bain et la réparation de certaines moulures.

Ok si vous êtes un travailleur, mais pas idéal pour des vacances.

Comfortable and clean

Overall okay hotel. Obviously an old building, but the room was kept clean and the shower was surprisingly modern (though housed in an old bath tub). Breakfast quality is nothing special, a cardboard box with one muffin, a yogurt, a juice box, a bar, and some cheese. What really hampered the stay was the complete apathy and lack of interest of the staff. One of my travel companions sprained their ankle entering the hotel due to uneven flooring and the two staff at the front desk simply looked on while other guest went to help the person. When the person got to the desk to check in, hotel staff didn't ask if they were okay or even acknowledge anything had happened. The hotel also requires a 200$ safety deposit, which seems excessive considering the mediocrity of the place.

Great potentiel but this hotel sets the minimum standards. All the restaurents around are closed since the pandémies. Old Hotel with partial rénovations. Good bed at least. Good cleaning service my room was done every day. With a few more rénovation in the bathroom, à nice restaurent and a pool it would be awsome!

The room and location are good. But the greeting staffs are not very friendly, I fell like disturbing them at my arrival.

Very outdated,poor service,staff not helpful at ALL!!! Pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. Site says « free breakfast ». They hand you a commercial muffin,a yogourt,a kid’s boxed juice and THATS IT!!!!
