insufficient air conditioning, my room was no lower than 75f despite 2 AC units in the room. If not fir the heat everything was great. they charge €1.50 for coffee in the lobby...kind of a cheap move, most hotels give it away for free. The vreakfast was typicsl. Too much for basically bread and fruit. Everyone does this so you cant really blame them.

The property location is excellent, close to everything you want to see In Granada. The staff is very helpful. Easy parking if you call ahead. As the hotel is in tge heart of the old town getting there is through very narrow streets full of pedestrians

Basic but very clean rooms. Easy and close access to station and city center. Courteous staff. Would recommend.

A truly stunning hotel. Steeped in historic decor. Perfect . Ancient bullring next to it. Staff were so lovely .

Great service

Really well located just outside city walls therefore ease of access to the hotel by car. Few minutes walk to escalators. Overall the hotel itself was superb. It has obviously only been recently removed as the rooms and, in particular, the bathroom was spotlessly well maintained. Breakfast was also to a high standard with a wide range of options. Only slight negative was that our room (Room 113) appeared to be above the kitchen as from early in the morning the noise was quite intrusive. We didn’t mind because we are early risers, but for those that are looking to sleep in it could be an issue. Staff very helpful and courteous. Thank you

Great location

The hotel location is just outside the city walls approximately 10 minutes away. It is right next door to The Old Hospital Museum /Church which is worth a visit? Housekeeping is very good and the Hotel is in very good condition. Our room is spacious with an excellent view of the city.
