Been staying here on our visits to Seville for many years. Perfectly placed for shopping and site seeing.

Great location and staff was super helpful. Room was spacious. Our room was on the ground floor right in the dining area so that was a little strange and you could not see out the window and the price was high for a room like that. I do think the price was reflecting that it was the week of their big festival though which was super cool to see. The pillows were comfy and I have no major complaints.

In the middle of the Juderia

The hotel was located in the heart of the city - close to many shops, restaurants and sights. The staff were charming and helpful, and the rooms spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The towels were changed daily. The carpets on the landings were shabby. The breakfast delicious. My only criticism was the standard room was rather small and dark, overlooking a small central courtyard. The furniture basic. With hindsight I would have booked a superior room which was larger and brighter with big widows overlooking the street. However the reception advised me the upgrade would be €50/day.

The Sercotel Las Casas de los Mercaderes was a very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Seville. It was an easy walk to any part of the city centre. We really enjoyed our time at Sercotel Las Casas and the city of Seville!

Very nice hotel. Bathroom had a water leakage issue but it was otherwise great.

Difficult parking and no coffee in room. Otherwise perfect.

The front desk couldn't be more accommodating, very helpful and respectful. We were helped with a taxi upon checking out. That's not a big deal, though at the end of your stay, there are places that don't exactly jump to help. Not here. They jump.

Loved the hotel's breakfast and espresso. I really enjoyed the morning espresso!! Convenient walkable location to many attractions within a few minutes. We had a street view room which was scenic but lively in the evening.
