Everything is great but AC could be colder

Insite was very nice. Outside was a construction zone and a poorly lit area with substantial graffiti.

The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings. The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix

Good hotel positioned midway between the station and Vieux Lyon. The gym is good but the swimming pool not as big as it appears in publicity! It would have been good to have some sachets of milk as part of the tea and coffee in the room!

Not a 4 star boutique hotel at all. Bathroom amenities limited and no chairs in room. No wine glasses. Coffee machine in lobby didn’t work. Construction outside.

Wonderful hotel. Made use of the restaurant and hotel bar, breakfast is well worth it as well!

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main rue that connects the cbd and other suburbs with frequent public transport between.

This Mercury was very good quality for the price of the room . Traveling with a tween can be challenging to find accommodation but the rooms with double beds were spacious and well equipped. The hotel is only a 15 minutes walk from the commercial heart of the city and to a lot of dining options.

I only stayed a night but the room was nice. There is a nice ceiling style showerhead. Gym is limited in terms of weights. Brunch is 20.50 euros and solid. Overall, pleasant stay.

They charged breakfast fee which we didn’t eat.

Nous sommes venus visiter la belle ville de Lyon pour les fêtes de fin d’année je trouve qu’il manque des décorations de Noël pour l hôtel accueil très sympa et chaleureux très bonne literie chambre très spacieuse calme sdb très bien avec produits de qualités énorme avec beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner petit hic pas de peignoir dans la chambre pour la piscine c’est pas normal

The only thing I would suggest is that they check their a/c, they worked but they were turned up during the day and when we returned we had to lower the temperature down and it took time to cool down. Otherwise really enjoyed our stay at the Mercure.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Le personnel était très agréable et accueillant. Mon check-in et mon check-out ont été réalisés par la même réceptionniste qui a été aux petits soins avec moi. J'ai peu avoir droit à un départ tardif. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et varié. Le dimanche, j'ai brunché et c'était tout aussi bon
