Absolutely Nothing! Had issues w front desk,wasn't able to check in at all. Was told I was on the do not rent to list! Which is absolutely not correct,and I'm positive that they've mistaken me for someone else or something!?!?????!!! Needless to say; I'm now relocated on into a different hotel last min of course,and definitely not my choice or decision. My room was already paid for thru the Expedia app earlier this morning by me. I've had issues reaching out to your cust Serv desk when this occured,and had to handle situation one my own and decided to reach back out again to you later to resolve my refund request!
