Safe area, walkable and good breakfast

Room with spartan furniture. Not enough chairs, drawers or tables to place your things. A very small window. Common areas were worn out, showing stains on the floor. One elevator was not working while the other had faulty lights and was not in good condition. Hotel front picture on Expedia is misleading. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel but great location, a block away from the City Hall and downtown attractions.

Hotel room is big and very clean. Shower water pressure was amazing! Reception staff were very nice and helpful. Perfect location.

It was an excellent hotel, the staff was amazing, the room was very spacious, the breakfast was delicious. The best hotel in Valencia. Great location too!

The bed was too hard so we had a very uncomfortable sleep. We asked for a mattress topper and was told this is not a option. We would have liked to be able to plug our firestick in but this could not be done as the tv was framed. Disappointed having only 2 English channels

Beautiful property, in the middle of downtown Valencia

Prime area for visiting Valencia, close to everything, shopping, dining, transportation. Would recommend.

The room amenities were great. One of the most comfortable beds ever! Would come back!

Noisy but to be fair there was an outdoor concert at the square which sounded like it was in the next room, therefore sound barrier quality of hotel terrible. Staff was nice. Also, don’t waste your money on a “deluxe balcony room” there is no balcony, if you believe you would like to sit out on a balcony at night and have a drink
