We had a really nice stay at Sol Sun Beach. Nice hotel, great apartment, friendly staff and very good location. The breakfast buffet was good The only down sides were, the Wi-Fi was weak or non existent in most spots so make sure you have plenty data. The fridge was old and our wee cockroach friend made a dash under the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge - glad we werent using it. We paid for a pool view and it was lovely however no access to pool from room, we had to exit at back of room and walk round and through hotel to reach the pool (not a big deal I guess). Not the quietest location as noisy road outside and some music etc but it soon quietens down. All said I would recommend if you want a few days away from crappy UK winter weather.

Excellent room over looking pool. Perfect for our requirements. Good choice of breakfast options.pool area clean and well looked after. Ideal position for bars and restaurants would recommend this property highly

Noise from a motor within the hotel all day and night. Told reception but nothing improved

Refurbishing apartments next door and above. For the week we were there..very noisy....also no WiFi for the week. In apartment overpriced. Have stayed in better for less money..

Rooms very tired. Pool freezing cold. Food not very nice. Cocktails made badly. They also don’t read the special requests.

Excellent property staff very polite & helpful. Pool area & sunbathing area fantastic with beautiful views. Breakfast & pool side good & drinks excellent , have nothing to complain about

Stayed here as other hotel cancelled ,so glad they did . If your after five star its not. But what it is , is a good hotel in the best !ocation right in the heart of the action .Right on the best beaches ,some fab resturants at your door .Not five star but not a bad place to stay if your not a fussy family .Pools great for little ones as it has walk in areas rather than steep sides in the shallow areas .well worth a try if you dont need five star amenities .Supermarket two mins from the room for a cheeky bottle of vino or to feed the kids after a hard day playing on the beach /pool if they dont want to go back out on an evening .Pool bar cheap . No kids entertainment but we had a grate time there .Breakfast isnt the best but you wont go hungry ,you can get plenty of plates as we did minimum three courses unless your fussy .Its on our radar for next new year

It's an OK place, it's clean, every amenaties but check-in is the slowest I have experimented in my whole life. I was alone it took 45 min to get my keys... They do everything with paper, printing document one by one... 2021.. E signature, digital contact, computer exist.. Maybe time to throw away the typewriter.

Good location close to the beach. Nice pool area. Great balcony. But: the hotel is old - renovation needed. Reception is very slow. Breakfast is very basic with too many people and too few staff. But the biggest problem for me was the sound isolation - you can hear the neighbors very well. Was good for one night, but not for the proper vacation

Perfect location right by the beach and bars! Staff very friendly! Rooms spotless! Only negative would be the breakfast which was poor however dinner was okay with a selection each night!

Nothing to dislike. Ideal location and rooms were very roomy.

The property was very clean and beds very comfy. The only down side was the noise some nights that went on until 2.30 am with people shouting and screaming. There didn’t seem to be any security to deal with it. No pool towels were provided. We would not return.

Had a problem at check in wanting to see the credit card I had booked with. I tried to explain that I had to cancel it as it had been a victim of fraud. I offered to show her my account proving that but she wasn’t having any of it and said I had to pay again. I said I will contact Expedia she then said oh if you booked through Expedia it’s ok. I had already handed her the Expedia booking number so was a frustrating experience

The hotel was great and the stuff was lovely and very friendly. I travelled with my husband to Tenerife for my 30th birthday and had a nice champagne compliments from the hotel. The only thing what we didn't like was that the cleaning of the kitchen wasn't included in the service. Everything else was amazing and would definitely recommend the hotel. Perfect for both young couples and family with kids. Location wise was brilliant - near the beach, supermarkets and bars. Thank you, Sol Sun Beach Apartamentos.

Great location, near beach all bars and restaurants And great bars for Kareoki if that’s what your into . Pool area is brilliant really big loads of sun beds nice pool bar and a small kids play area , wasn’t much going on round pool kids games ect but I’m sure that’s because it’s out of season ,February I went temp was in the 70,s even in February . Could be noisy I suppose if you get a room near road But it’s only a side road to beach so not that busy . Can’t comment on food as was room only . But I would highly recommend this hotel to any age group old , young , family’s .very disabled freindly Ramps for weelchairs all over complex but it is on a steep hill so a bit of legwork involved me thinks . I’m not disabled but just saying from what I actually noticed .

It was pristine, well laid out and close to the beach. Couldn't fault it. Oh and lovely pool as well with really comfortable sunbeds.
