Great hotel

Close to venue, we were going to

Stayed for one night as I was in transit to the airport. Two things I will change personally. The TV ia placed midway between the bedroom and the living hall. So if you are lying in your bed and watching you have to watch in an angle - very weird. The AC made too much noise all throughout the night; this is not a regular constant noise but a fluttering noise and it was hard to sleep. Otherwise everything is quite standard for a budget hotel.

overall excellent , only provblem was AC noise/ thermostat not working correctly and one lift was out of service.

The hotel staff a accommodations were wonderful, minus the fact one elevator was out, so there was a bit of a wail sometimes. The hotel room was nice and comfy. The location was local to my needs of business as well local stores and eateries. Every staff member was nice, helpful and smiling! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family! Thank you!

I absolutely love almost everything about the renovations that have taken place at this hotel. Admittedly, however, I'm not too keen on the desk chairs. They're stylish, but hard and terribly uncomfortable. So much so that I often have to place a pillow from the bed down on the chair so that I can get some work done while I'm there. Keep all the changes made, but get rid of those new desk chairs. Just my eight cents on the matter...

Breakfast was decent. The staff were great

Hotel was sparkling. Staff were amazing.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. A/C worked perfect. It was a little loud but we tried to ignore it. The sitting area was spacious and comfortable with about a 47” screen tv. Breakfast consisted of hot foods, fresh fruit, cereals, breads, and many assorted beverages at no additional cost. Only one elevator was operational, which at times, you would have to wait a few extra minutes. Overall, the value for the cost made it very pleasing. I would stay here again.

The hotel and my room was spotless and so clean

The hotel was clean and the room was great! The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the air conditioner. The fan was quite noisy but once I was asleep it didn’t bother me. The breakfast looked good but I only had time to grab a coffee to go as I was taking the 6:00 am shuttle to the airport and that was when breakfast started.

I'm sure next time when i travel there ,i will make my reservation there

I had prepaid for a room through Hotels.com and arrived at the hotel that evening at around 11:30 pm, expecting a routine check-in. However, the front desk clerk, who identified himself as “Wayne,” informed me that my room had been “cancelled” by the third-party provider. This was both confusing and frustrating, especially after Wayne looked at his computer screen, called me by name and then claimed that my reservation had been cancelled, without any explanation or attempt to assist. I immediately contacted Hotels.com customer support upon returning home, and they confirmed unequivocally that my reservation was active and had not been cancelled. When I looked at my emails, I saw that I had received an email at around 10 pm from the hotel (via Hotels.com) but it was blank. The following morning, when I looked at it again, it now had the following vague and unprofessional message that had not been visible the previous evening: ________________________________________ *"Hi there; Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to honor your reservations today for Gerald Gillard. Please feel free to cancel this reservation free of charges. Apology for inconvenience and thank you for your understanding Ram Chandra Adhikari Lead Gallery Host Hyatt Place Dulles Airport South"* I am a practicing attorney, and I informed Mr. Wayne of this fact at the desk. I also respectfully urged him to reconsider before turning me away, but he refused.

This was a one night because my daughter.had a softball tournament. Everything was great. But the ac was really loud and she couldn't sleep. The bathroom needs to be updated as well.
