Everything was going good until I went to the bathroom during the night and there were roaches everywhere could not sleep afterwards

No breakfast and bugs in the room nothing like the pictures

It was a place to sleep and that's about it. When I open and closed my door the adjoining room had a dog that would start barking. The lock on my side of the adjoining rooms was inoperable so that was a little weird.

Unexpected $100 deposit. Mold on ceiling of bathroom. Holes in curtains. Painting and walls looked like it was done by a third grader. Room smelled terrible.

Bugs, poor room service, and they try to keep your security deposit.....

Was horrible room was not clean and we felt very unsafe. Ended up leaving and booking a different place. Pictures were very misleading. Floor have not been cleaned. Beds were dirty with hair and other dirt in them. Room door did not seem to shut well A/C did not seem to work well and was busted up.

Breakfast needs improvement.

Very old and antiquated. Breakfast was incomplete.

Where to begin? I walked in the room and was immediately created by a roach and no AC. The bathroom had not been cleaned in quite sometime, there was dead bugs and boot prints in the actual shower. The AC didn’t work the entire stay. I have pictures and would add them to this review, if possible.

Nice stay but there is no longer a pool

I usually stay at budget hotels like this one but this is one of the very best I've found. A special note: the man on the front desk, Dave, was outstanding and hospitable, he will bring a lot of repeat customers.

The room had spiders and other bugs

The check in was good , the price was good , the office was clean .. it advertised breakfast that only coffee and bagel or toast was available ,, no creamer for the coffee etc ,, room although reasonably clean looks like it was painted by a 12 year old. overall it needs updating really bad .. no coffee maker in the room ,, was an ice bucket but no one seems to know where there is an ice machine .

The clerk was very rude and the room was filithy!!! Dead roach on the floor dead spider, flies in the shower and bathroom wasnt clean.

Terrible

Toilet flush, AC didn't work properly. Cleanliness was not up to the mark.

There were people outside making noise most of the night, the room was not supplied fully, no wash cloth or shampoo. I didn't feel safe. I was planning to stay another night but didn't stay there I checked out after the first night, they would not refund my money for the 2nd night. the person at the front desk got hostel with me and I had to ask him several times to give me my receipt. I want my money back for the night I did not stay. I was not treated with respect.

Dirty property, clean water was not available the first day of my trip, roaches in the room, very unhelpful staff that quite frankly did not have a clue what was going on, had to wait 4 hours to check in because the staff were “running an errand for a guest” honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Expedia was not much help in the process either. Stay far away from this property, it is not worth your time even for a cheap stay.
