room was ready earlier than i thought, staff were very helpful with all inquries. Close to the Metro and major attractions/sites, barely used transportation aside from my 1st day!

Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the location was perfect. Room was small, but clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room 5524: bathroom grout was dirty. Long hair on the bathroom wall. Room had a balcony which overlooked building works and building noise woke my on the first morning of my stay. The shower door was effective in keeping the water inside the shower which resulted in a dangerously wet bathroom floor. Breakfast was repetitive.

We upgraded to a room overlooking the canal and it was glorious. Staff were fabulous without exception. We will go back.

Hotel was in a quiet area and convenient walk to restaurants and attractions. Hotel staff super helpful and breakfast should not be skipped it was delicious.

Nice property but our room was tiny.

A modest and reasonably priced hotel that manages to be stylish, comfortable and welcoming. Charming staff, easy check in, clean and well-appointed room, all done in a pleasingly Scandinavian style.

Clean, friendly and an excellent location

Friendly staff, walking distance to all major attractions as well as Tivoli Gardens and the train station. Took a day trip to Malmo, Sweden.

Very nice hotel, convenient to city.

Excellent staff and service. Breakfast was very good. We were in a large room with a great view but it was very noisy all day and all night.
