The lobby is hot, the elevator smells, the food is not very diverse, the room is okay, there is other guests' hair on the pillow

The hotel is located really at the city center, very near to the Ho Chi Min statue. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay here again in the future.

Good price but hotel is quite old compared to 4/5 star nearby.

The hotel is old, the furniture is very old, the cleaning is problematic. Checkin the room has a smell, open the cabinet, there are 3 stale dumplings in the cabinet. Will not return.

Good place, center, good service

The staff here are not greeting, rarely say thank you. By the time I was eating in the restaurant a lot of the waiter and waitress staff sat in the guest chairs at the restaurant.

I am surprised why guests who stay can give a review that is not appropriate and gives a high value. Make other guests stuck. Whereas clearly the hotel room is old. Even though I have been careful by looking at parts of the outer buildings that look new and good. And stuck to book a room. And order a premium room with the highest price room. And there was a time error typing in the number of guests. Charged more for 1 person.

Location was good, Friendly Staff, cleanliness acceptable, Room size spacious, only drawback was the Air conditioning, which was not working properly. Repetition of the Breakfast Buffet menu becomes boring after 3rd Day.

The hotel kept charging unreasonable fees. I set my special request that I would arrive at 6 PM and leave at 8 PM, but the hotel did not say anything about the extra fee that will be charged if we did not leave by 12. I have visitors to the hotel and they still tried to charge me. I booked the two-people room, and only one used, and they did not say anything. This hotel is awful!

I am very satisfied at royal hotel Saigon. The service and food is very good.

Temporary room, large bed. Normal employee. Breakfast: Too bad. Little food, bad. Not worth the hotel 4 *
