I would like to express my dissatisfaction as the hotel refused to upgrade both of my rooms despite availability. After further discussion and insistence, they agreed to upgrade only one room, even though my reservation was for two rooms.

Great Service ! Front desk was great ! Fouad Ali, Nader , and Youseff were all exceptional ! Location is central and easy road access. ABC mall across the street for all shopping needs and everything is 5 min -10 min drive from hotel

The staff are very friendly, ali, fouad and nader were very helpful. The property is close to everything like shopping malls and restaurants.

Check in and check out were very easy and pleasant. The breakfast restaurant was very nice with excellent service. We got a free upgrade to Executive Rooms with fruits. In a mall and adjacent to another mall. - No View. - Pillows were too high. - Phone doesn't work properly.

The staff was amazing. Especially Youssef who checked us in. I made a mistake by booking the room for a single person. He pointed this out to me in a friendly way. I offered to pay for the extra person. Instead, he did not take any payment as we did not want breakfast. Instead, he double upgraded us to an executive room which was super spacious and nice. We had a lovely time in the hotel. The ABC is just opposite the hotel which is very handy.

Clean and friendly staff

Great hotel opposite to ABC Verdun. The night shift Manager, Youssef, offered me an upgrade from regular room to Executive Room. Room is spacious and full of amenities. Very comfy sleep 👍 I would recommend it and repeat it.
