Location of the hotel is ideal to explore the hearth of the city

Easy check in, clean rooms. Location was easy to get around from. Lot of high end luxury shops and restaurants in the area.

The location is good. 12 euro breakfast was reasonable. I stayed at room #505 which was quite. Here are the problems: 1. The sink was clogged. I notified the front desk the next morning and was informed that they would fix it. When I return to the room later in the day, it was still clogged. 2. The digits on the safe were worn and non-visible. Therefore inoperable. 3. The toilet was not securely fastened, it rattles.

Very spacious, nice room. Great shower and bathroom. Location perfect for our 2 night stay before we left Portugal. Very walkable, metro right outside front door for travel around Lisbon

Just off of one of the main avenues (Avenida da Libetade) and a longer (for an American) walk to the Chiado and Bairro Alto neighborhoods where there is plenty of food and culture. Easy to get to by bus from the airport and close to a metro station if you don't need to use a ride share application. Comfortable bed and sheets. Helpful and responsive staff. Some of the appliances are on the older side but were clean and fully functional.

Very hotel-y. Felt a bit like i was on a business trip. But definitely a 4-star hotel.

A corporate feel to this hotel. Very well located at the top of Avenida de Liberdade boasting luxury shops. A wide, treed avenue, cafes, restaurants.

Great reception right from the front door through to checkout. I was upgraded for no reason which was a special touch.

The food at the hotel restaurant was very good.

Started VERY BADLY when we arrived to find human filth on the loo seat. in our bathroom. DISGUSTING. REPELLENT . Hotel staff apologised but didn't seem too concerned. Surprised they took it in their stride ..as i the time!!! Bad start. Less important but meaness about charging for extra coffee andill in room.left another bad taste. To Otherwise hotel was clean and in a good spot.

The location, room, breakfast and everything else are excellent. Would definitely recommend.

The location and area are great. Close to shops, restaurants, main avenues, business district. Some construction near the hotel. Overall good stay.

The hotel was situared with easy access to inner Lisbon. Staff was attentive from check-in to check-out. Front desk and porters responded well to requests for assistance and information. Room was of good size and comfortable. Happy to have kettle available in room.

Excellent staff. Great location. Clean and modern accommodation. Dinner at restaurant was awesome!
